Search & Seek

We’re not in the business of executive search. There are a number of superb firms that do that—several that deal specifically with development positions.  We know most of the ones that are significant in the field.

But because we occupy a premier position in philanthropy, we hear about dozens of situations. Many of the search firms are in contact with us for suggestions. And we hear from many professionals who are seeking a change and an advancement.

We decided we would try to bring the seeker and the searcher together.  We have no thing at stake except to make certain professionals are in a position that brings great joy and boundless fulfillment and rewards. And that the institution has an excellent match.

He has directed a number of major capital campaigns. His preference would be to remain in western Pennsylvania.
